There should be a small memo area (like a virtual sticky note) in the chart where providers can type personal info (EX: vacation to Hawaii, just had grandbaby, retiring in April, etc.) These items do not belong in the clinical note, but the providers would like to see the info to help to connect with the patient. Just FYI - Eaglesoft has a feature like this.
