Currently with Dental link we can choose one contact or all. It would be nice if it worked like a regular texting option where we could choose 2-3 contacts at one time. Then also for responses to go to all if it is a group message as well. Currently if I send a message to all contacts one a person responds, the other contacts don't get that response. We are tying to utilize the dentalink service verses getting bluenote of another in office messaging system. Thanks

I completely agree with the above comment. Dentalink is so much easier to use than the other solutions we have tried, however it is a waste of time to have to duplicate the same message to selected other team members, and putting everyone on blast for most messages is not practical. Updating the texting options would ease our workflow by simplifying and clarifying our communication.
