We have been using Dentrix since 2009. When we pull up the OJ, we want to see the ENTIRE history with the patient, not just the last year. This is especially important when deal with a problem patient who cancels/No shows or is a collections problem. Since the last update, we are only able to see the last few months. We can change the filter and click save as default but it does not actually save. Do you guys even ask anyone who works in an office before making these changes??? We never had a problem with OJ opening slow so this "update" has only made more problems for us. The OJ is something that the front desk relies on heavily and this has made things harder for them.
