Set default date for Office Journal to retain the date requested for all patients Merged

The last software the administration office would be able to pull the office journal for any patient and view as far back as 01/01/2000. The new upgrade only holds back to 1 year. We utilize the office journal to reflect on calls, missed appointment history, and other financial discussions.
