I understand Dentrix trying to speed things up, but currently when you view a patients Journal (which contains important information, like broken appointments and notes), it will display only 1 years worth. If I were to change the date for "Entries Dated After" to, say, 5 years, then the Entries are collapsed. It takes additional steps and time (View - Expand List) to find the journal information.
I would rather want an option to change the default "Entries Dated After" permanently
