I would like to see a "created date" added to the "create event" in the appointment book. There is no way of telling when an event was actually created and added to the appointment book.

As an alternate option you can type the create date in the notes field.
Here we are in dentrix g25 and we still cant tell who created an event, when it was created or who deleted it - meanwhile a staff member shut down an entire office of ours for a day by adding an event that said the office was closed and we had to find out the hard way when checking in on the office that no one was there - and we cant identify who did it because events are not tracked in the audit and are completely anonymous.

WE NEED THIS! Please enact creation date and who created the event.
I have also wondered about this. sometimes 'events' show up in the schedule that I know were not previously there and they claim they have always been there.
not only the date but who created it the same way as when you create an appointment it automatically has a history of initial creation because not everyone is good about noting this and you find your self going around asking who did it to follow up with the event and no one happens to know.
