Treatment planned dates to REMAIN on a procedure once it is marked complete.

It is so important that we can look back and see when a procedure was treatment planned even after it was completed in the event that more issues arise. For example if we treatment plan a filling and the patient waits 8 years, finally has it done, but it ends up being a deeper filling, then after treatment is completed, the patient calls and complains that it is throbbing. We as an office can see that the patient waited a very long time, the filling was probably deeper than initially treatment planned because it sat so long and we can utilize that information to educate the patient on the importance of swift action with decay.
