we need to be able to see OJ notes going back to beginning of using software this option has been removed we can only see from 1/1/22 this will not work in our office, I called into case# 02053886 and was told its being worked on to be corrected

Thank you for posting to the ideas portal! The default date range was changed in Dentrix to improve performance in the office journal. However, one can still change the date range to view older entries. The capability to set a default date range on Office Journal launch longer than a year will be available in a future release.
