I tried to block one of the providers operatories in the appt book. It kept defaulting to the office hours. It would be nice if Dentrix would allow a providers chair time to override the office hours (in bulk). I had to go through each day individually to set the operatory time. It would be nice that when a provider is entered in Dentrix, we can also select the working hours of the provider and the chair in which he/she works in the same window (without having to go to the appt book to set up the hours).

Managing the practice schedule by each day is SOOO inefficient. I am sure that all offices using Dentrix would appreciate this enhancement. Go look at how DAISY appointment book is set up - their system is VERY efficient and manageable. Thank you!
