in the old version you were able to click on the claim status and everything was right there , but on the new version you have to click on the note and scroll down cause you can't see it all? You can only see one line at a time. it's frustrating.

We use the Claim Status note to show all staff that handle insurance claims what was already attached to a claim. We also make note for special payment arrangements and to which procedure a deductible was applied. It would be helpful to have them back to being visible without clicking to open them up. Thank you!

Adding a note in the new Legacy Notes is not as user friendly, why do we have to click on other, then our staff, then the green plus button to add a claim status note. It's just silly! DENTRIX PLEASE CHANGE THE LEGACY NOTE FEATURE!

The new Legacy Notes that are locked don't open up enough to screen shot for insurance purposes, or showing proof to ins that we sent claims multiple times. Please fix this asap. Thanks

Agree, would be nice to see clinical status note without double clicking to see if there is one.
