When insurance is called for status of outstanding claim, it would be nice to have a status note show on the Claim Aging Report. For Example, the date insurance was called and note: received, more info requested, under review and so on.

Thank you for the feedback! There is currently an option to print claim status notes in the report settings. Additionally, we are working to make this process even easier!
