On easy dental in the pt' ledger all of the transactions for one dos were together. Now that we had to convert over to Dentrix, they are no longer together, at bottom of ledger you have the procedure codes with ins claim, way above all the transactions it will show the payment and w/o. The only way to see what belongs to what date is to use the view button on each transaction. Why is that? Why can't each transaction have all the elements together and not separate. It takes forever to figure out a pt's ledger, with procedure, adjustment and pymt.. NOT GOOD!!!!!!!!

YES!!!! This is one of my biggest complaints with the ledger and billing. It is impossible to patients to figure out what insurance payment goes with what date of service. It's horrible!
