This feature would be used for when a person in the front of the office to confirm an appointment and have it audibly notify the other staff members, that way they can know their next patient is ready while they are working on other things, without them having to check the appointment book.

Thank you for the recommendation, we are always looking for ways to improve the product. we will consider this for a potential future release.
Much like the software we use called "Bluenote Communicator" uses sounds. We use an older version that uses two sounds to make staff members know that this "communication" (sound) is for them. The next sound within two seconds communicates what. e.x.
1) Dr your patient is here. 2) OP2 needs a Hyg. check. 3) OP2 needs a check but x-rays were taken - check them if you are in your office doctor ...
All these have the same fist sound - "Dr perk up your ears" but a different second sound "this is what I need".
