There is no good place to record additional information on a patient like amalgam tattoos, geographic tongue, mandibular tori, patient has a bitesplint, etc without having to look back through all the note templates to be sure it existed before. It would be nice to have a note box that is on the clinical chart screen with this information. Could even add in it things the patient uses or has purchased - electric toothbrush, uses rx toothpaste, likes mint paste,etc. This would be much better than having to create several pops that are then only visible for a short bit.
