Why did you change the way that you input notes on and insurance claim. It's three more steps that are totally not needed. And that fact that the space that hold all my old notes are tiny and I have to cut and past if I want to use them, are absolutely ridiculous. I am the insurance coordinator and I find it utterly not useful in any way shape or form
