G7.7 update is not user friendly!! Merged

The G7.7 update is TERRIBLE! Claim status notes are hard to read 2 lines at a time, the aging report does not show that claims have been batched/esent/printed/rejected/eWarning which requires me to open each claim to verify the status rather than scan the aging report for ones that may have been missed, no insert dateline in the status notes box anymore so the date must be typed in each time if you want that to show on the report. We want the aging report back to the way it was, PLEASE!!

    Admin response

Thank you for the feedback! We have made some improvements in G7.8 (in beta) to improve workflow in the new Claim Status Notes area, and plan to continue updating this over time. G7.8 also adds the claim statuses back into the aging report when this option is selected. We would love to talk with you to discuss your feedback if you have time. If interested, please email me at ashley.watkins@henryscheinone.com.

I agree with Heather and PB. Most of the recent "improvements" have created more work and more mouse clicking.
