Most people use their cell phones/but still have a home phone - please add look up under cell phone - this would be so helpful when trying to identify a patient
People text directly to our email but we don't know who they are. There's no caller ID and they're not used to signing their name onto their own text msg. If we could look up the number on their family file, it would be very helpful!!
