You can do this! When the box comes up with all the options the upper right has a "skip accounts with claim pending" box - make sure that is checked and type a giant dollar amount into the box next to the "... if patient portion less than:" box.
As long as the patient's copay is less than $5000 (or whatever number you choose) it wont print them. :)
