It would be wonderful if we could scroll through history of chart notes without having to click on each entry by date to read individual notes.

Thank you for the recommendation, we are always looking for ways to improve the product. we will consider this for a potential future release.
Currently the way to do this is to select the Progress Notes tab, then make sure the filter buttons at the top of the Progress Notes View are selected/deselected to show all Clinical Notes without anything else.
