The new notes in the claims is so much more work!! I hate having to click on everything to view the notes. It takes so much longer and we hate it. I loved being able to open the claim and see it all right there. Now, I have to click on every little thing. IT SUCKS!

My claim note date is not printing on my claim status report. I completely agree there are too many steps to create a note and the set up of the notes is challenging to read.
Our office is not happy with the current claim status notes set up now either. It's very time consuming to review/read or add notes.
