With the increase of complexity of passwords and the need to keep the practice data safe, why not re-introduce biometric scanners as a way to sign into Dentrix modules. This will help with having to create new passwords every few months as well as help keep the integrity of modules like the timecard secured. I believe Dentrix had Dentrix Identity a while back. It has reached its end of life, but with cyber security being such a big issue for all office, maybe bringing it back now would be a great idea.

Cool thing I found out is Dentrix passwords can also be setup by Active Directory. You can set it up using the users domain credentials and to have it automatically log into that user when you log into that computer with their domain credentials.
