Please make that list and printing labels more accurate, it should be a simple list of patients who do not have continuing care appointment, period! so we can call them or send them a post card. But the system asks you to select with "attached appointment" or "without attached appointment", it makes more complicated, regardless of your selection including "ALL" it doesnt mean that patient have or not an appointment. I did the list including "ALL" and I realized that lots of patients already have appointment, what is the point?
