When patients submit paperwork online it would be nice if they received a confirmation that would pop up so that they knew the paperwork was submitted successfully. We now have to make it part of our routine to tell our patients that their paperwork will just disappear so that they aren't alarmed; we have too many that call back or submit it multiple times, because they think they have lost it.
