I would love it if you could go back to being able to send the survey and review email to patients who have come in for selected appointments and not to those triggered when a payment is made to their account. In the ortho office, just because a payment is received doesn't mean the patient was in for an appointment that day. It would be great if that option could be toggled off or on depending on the needs of each practice. We used to have it set up to go out with certain types of appointments kept and now the way it is set up it goes to patients with appointments and to those patients that we haven't seen but just had a payment made on their account. The email doesn't make sense. PLEASE HELP!!! This was the biggest reason I chose the Demandforce system and I am very unhappy that I can't use it anymore.
