This would prevent offices from continuing to ask patients about scheduling outstanding treatment that they are not interested in scheduling but would still show up as recommended by the office on the chart. This would be a quick and easy way for the doctor and staff to identify this treatment as declined.

Such an obvious necessity! Why would we not be able to view this in a different color for ease of use!
