When we send a patient a eStatement, it would be nice to be able to attach the patients EOB since they tend to call and ask questions. This is not efficient. We would like to avoid these calls.
A letter would be nice if we are sending to patients who have broken their appointments verses just a little note at the bottom of the eStatement
