Often if a patient's Assignment of Benefits has inadvertently been unchecked or not checked when adding a patient's insurance, then the patient will receive the insurance payment and owe a balance to the office. If there were a list option to view the patient's that do not have Assignment of Benefits, we could correct this issue before it becomes a collections problem. Thank you.
