When you are adding a new condition, medication, or allergy...it would be nice to have another box saying "For Op Work Only". That way when we add a Pre-Med to the patient we can check that box if they don't need Pre-Med for every procedure. Then also have it so it pops up when clicking on appointments & medical history.
