The workflow for creating continuing care appointments in Dentrix since upgrading to G7.5 has changed where we need to complete the appointment before scheduling their CC appointment. Prior to the upgrade to G7.5, we could schedule the CC appointment without completing it and we would like to keep doing that since it helps our workflow in the office.

I agree 100%. It is very unrealistic to assume all offices are able to set complete prior to scheduling the patients next hyg appointment. Now we are having to manually change cc dates in the family file which takes even more time. Please go back to the old way. thank you
