If we have a condition that patient needs a reminder (pre-med) and they have "Pre-Med" as a condition in Heath History. We should be able to send a reminder text through Patient Engage that is based on this, since this is a hallmark of consolidation of services under Henry Schein One. Right now have to manually send reminder texts to pre-med patients because there are no automatic way for the system to distinguish a patient needing pr-med to one that does not.
