Once an appt is completed it should fall off the ASAP list.
Once an appt is completed it should fall off the ASAP list. Instead of it staying on because it's useless, it should fall off to keep your list manageable and not overwhelming.
I agree. Now that I am using Dentrix Hub instead of Light House, I have to go through Fill Appointment to fill an open appointment, and the program shows patients who have already been seen. It takes more time to remove the patients from the ASAP list who have been seen before I can send out a text to fill the open appointment.
