NOTES SUCH AS IMPLANT INFO, SO IT'S EASY TO FIND WITHOUT HAVING TO READ THRU EVERY ENTRY. RIGHT NOW WE HAVE TO FLAG IT. FLAGS CAN BECOME ANNOYING :) ALSO IMPRESSION TRAY SIZE CAN GO THERE SO IT'S NOT A GUESS IN SIZE IF IMPRESSIONS NEED TO BE TAKEN AGAIN.

I second this, though I'd like to restate the request: Allow a Patient Note section which lives in the Patient Chart (not the Family File), which does not sit in the timeline of the Clinical Notes or Progress Notes. Instead, this singleton note should sit as an addition tab alongside Clinical Notes and Progress Notes in the Patient Chart.
