It would give accurate data on active patients!!! Every office would benefit from having actual active patients to target for internal marketing and more! It would be similar to the option that Dentrix has of purging the unscheduled appointments to keep an accurate unscheduled list.
My Doctor bought the patient data base from another dentist, and it shows on our system that we now have 5,851 active patients. There are 3,658 patients last seen in 2019 with NO future appointments. Unfortunately, without the option of inavtivating them in bulk, we have to inactivate them one by one.
