Right now we can't differentiate between the phone calls, texts & emails. I want to be able to easily see how many collection calls, texts, & emails were made today, this month. Same thing with Continuing Care calls, How many statements were sent this month. How many follow up calls, texts, emails were made on Insurance questions with the patient or the insurance company which may or may not have a related claim. It could be benefit question. Unscheduled Tx patient calls made....
