Can there not be a prefilled list with drugs? Since we now have the option to have a list of medications the patient is on already? Instead of having to create our own and possibly putting incorrect information in?

It can be very hard to read patients hand writing so I have the same drug put in the system several different way sometimes.

I agree. Too easy to give incorrect information. Front office is not trained to make those decisions.
