Date range for ledger-walkout statements and individual patient ledgers

Patients have asked me to print out a statement showing a certain date when they paid for services for their HSA/FSA. Need to be able to do a date range instead of putting in a date and everything else shows up on the ledger we print out for the patient

    For FSA, they require displaying the date of service rather than the billing date. Can that be built in?
