I need a report of all D2701's under one of my providers with the patients names. I have 3 providers and do not change the PROV1 in the family file everytime they see a different provider (it is defaulted to our owner provider mostly). So I recommend a report that could be pulled from the ledger under which provider it is set complete under where I could get a list of all of one certains providers seat crowns or fillings or whatever it is I am looking for.
