From the patient chart in the more information icon you can see appointments scheduled and unscheduled. It would be fantastic to be able to double click or right click on an unscheduled appointment to be able to open up the unscheduled appointment and pinboard right from the chart.

It would be great to have this as an option. I just finished trying to find a work around with the help team at Dentrix. Hopefully this can resolved or corrected.
