In the office manager - maintenance > practice set up (second from top) > procedure code set up (second from top) - a window will pop up.
Highlight the code you want and click "edit," on the lower left section of the box, there is a drop-down menu where you can choose between quad/tooth/surface, etc. Pick "mouth," hit "save," and you're good to go.
If you pick "tooth," you can only do one tooth number, "mouth" allows you to choose a range of teeth, ie #3-5 instead of just #3.
