Need an alert for when any patient turns 18 years old to prompt for new patient forms to be completed. Also need easier way to separate them from the account or allow them to be their own HOH if they are covered under their parent's plan until age 26.

Like continuing care system, if that cant be done then maybe have the date of birth be one color for adults and another for 17. Think workflow.
