Overtime calculations need to be improved.

We should be able to track overtime in the following fashion:

If I say OT hours start after an employee works more than 40 hours a week, it should calculate that on a week-to-week basis. If I run a report for 2 weeks, it shouldn't necessarily calculate OT as anything over 80 hours. It is possible that an employee has worked 90 hours in a two week span, but they are entitled to more than 10 hours of OT. They can have worked 30 hours one week, and 60 hours another week. Meaning they would be entitled to 20 hours of OT for that pay period.

Furthermore, it currently lets you calculate pay, splitting up regular PAY and OT pay... but why not just also show the hours of "regular hours" vs "OT hours"??

I feel like this is falling on deaf ears. I can see on this website that for years people have been asking for a way to calculate OT in Dentrix and all Dentrix does is say "we'll take that into consideration next time." Well, it's been years now and it doesn't appear there is any interest from Henry Schein to do anything.
