Communication system in Dentrix Hub is blocking check in messages

According to KB 55719, the check in message is being blocked by carrier as spam. Client would like Henry Schein to resolve the issues of blocked messages flagged in Twilio. Somehow send a code to the carrier to validate an authorized message.
