We run a pediatric office, and therefore the patient is more than likely not going to have a spouse connected to their guardian... The questionaires program would be much better if it were editable, or else the patients/parents are confused as to why this is on the form. This is really preventing our office from starting to completely use the forms, please fix this ASAP!!!!
