When doing a bridge, having the ability to chart a pontic as 2 pontics when needed because space is too large for one.

We had a patient that was missing #22.  The space was too large for one huge cuspid as it would have cosmetically unattractive.  There is currently no way in Dentrix to chart/treatment plan it as #22A and #22B.  He doesn't have insurance so that is a non issue, but it would be helpful to list it in his treatment plan.

    Chart one pontic as a supernumerary instead. #22-B would be #72. It will not show in chart but it will show on the treatment plan/claim.
