Most offices check their own benefits for patients 2 days in advance. Allowing users to manually add the "E" icon to every patient themselves and allowing users to set an expiration date that is patient wide (ex. all elig. expires in 2 days, manually add a date, or never expires) would make checking benefits easier. It would ensure that they have made sure the codes attached to a patients appointment are covered and that insurance has been checked by a team member with in the time frame set by the user.

I agree. It would be nice for us to be able to input the last verified date manually.
