Allow Wait/Will Call appointments where the "Schedule" is listed as ASAP to display on the 'ASAP' and 'ASAP All Time' list from the Appointment List view so that these patients can be identified without a scheduled appointment.

In the interim, perhaps add an option to display a column for "Schedule" on the Unscheduled List to see if it is ASAP, FIXED, OPEN.
