When entering implant removal D6100 it should update patient chart

D6100 is the removal of implant, which removes the implant/crown but it does not update in the patient chart graph. Helpful for at a glance to see what we are working with.

I agree procedural code D6100 (implant removal) should update pt's chart and remove the implant from pt's mouth just like D7140 removes a tooth from pt's chart. Please update

How do I accurately chart an implant failure if an implant which was previously placed <1 year ago by another provider has failed and I am TXP a new implant in that site. The appearance on the patient chart shows as if the implant is existing.

    1. I do not want to delete the code because that removes the ledger history.

    2. I cannot delete other provider's completed codes in dentrix enterprise.

    3. What if the implant came out on its own (exfoliated) and pt presented with implant in hand? AKA no d6100 code was completed HOWEVER the pt is no longer with implant therefore the dentirx chart is incorrect as it states that the implant (d6010 is completed and implant present)
