Some insurances will downgrade for molars only (not premolars); it would be great if the coverage table allowed us to select which teeth the downgrade applies to. This way, we are not over collecting from the patients whose insurance only downgrades for molars.

The payment table can be setup for downgraded codes, for more information on this and to see if it will work in your case, we do encourage you to reach out to support for additional assistance.
I have added codes for fillings as 2391.1 for premolars so I'm able to downgrade separately, but I haven't figured out how to separate the fpd/brdg codes so I downgrade the whole thing. It's just too complicated otherwise.
