The ADA has released new claim requirements as of Jan 1, 2021. We are now required to fill in 00. 01, 02, 10, 20, 30, 40 in box 25. Currently Dentrix does not allow us to fill-in the 00. Since this is now a requirement by the ADA and the Insurances, Dentrix needs to get this fixed ASAP.

This should have been done since the 2019 ADA claim format came out. Claim are denying and have to be printed corrected and mailed in. This should not have to bee done with such advanced technology as Dentrix.
