Change check in wording when sending forms prior to patient arriving.

We like to send our new patient forms and existing patient update forms a day or two in advance to give patients time to fill out accurately prior to appointment. We are finding that patients are not clicking on link until they arrive due to the wording " Please check in for your upcoming appointment.." If they wait until they arrive it is taking them sometimes 10 minutes sometimes more into their appointment time causing us to run late or they do not have good cell service to fill out.
